- I have been married for 31 years to Dr. (Mrs.) Priya B. Pai, a consultant anesthesiologist. Together, we are blessed with a son, Dr. Siddharth B. Pai, who has completed MD General Medicine and is currently pursuing his Medical Gastroenterology.
- My parents, Mr. L. Sanjeev Pai and Mrs. Vasantha Kumari, have been the pillars of my life. Their countless sacrifices and unwavering support have been instrumental in shaping who I am today.
- I also have a brother, Mr. Rajeev Pai, who is a Financial Consultant and Corporate Advisor. He is married to Mrs. Shridevi Pai, and they have two wonderful daughters, Nikitha and Nanditha.
